Phillbert Chang was born in Berkeley, CA and raised in various parts of the east bay. He has obtained a BA in Philosophy at Saint Mary’s College of Moraga and a MA of Philosophy at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley. Aside from cycling his interest include reading books, listening to music, enjoying the company of friends, dancing and partying. Having completed his higher education, he now resides in San Francisco and works as bicycle messenger.
